What are the best aspects of this product?

This app is so impressive because it's multilingual. Meaning we can use it to interpret various equations other than in English. Research projects can be accomplished faster, which is something that we don't have to worry about anymore.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's quite challenging to call their CS team. They are not available after office hours and even during weekends. I wish that they would offer callbacks, so we don't have to go through all the hassle of calling again.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this software to make accurate computations and averages on all the data we could collate. Instead of using manual calculation, Mathematica helps eliminate errors along the way.
