What are the best aspects of this product?

I am a very satisfied user who benefited from this amazing product and the huge support community standing behind it, and I feel pleased to recommend it. The product delivers amazing functionality, and has a robust set of features and extensions. I am pleased to let go of traditional commerce rules-this product allows me to unleash my creativity, and to customize things the way I want them to be! Another good thing is that they have a free package with premium quality.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm missing documentation and coding transparency, I'd change that if I could. I understand that the package is free and they don't feel obliged to document and save data, but I suspect it is a startegy to push users towards their paid, premade extension packages.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are solving eCommerce problems with this product, mostly providing free deals and attractive shipping rates for our customers. For the purpose, our solution had to sync with USPS API, and WebCommerce was just tailored for it. As I already mentioned, we extended it to perform more complex operations, staging prototypes, product concepts, and company portfolios, and recently we gave it an organizational purpose to track the performance of our teams. I honestly perceive it as the product that can do everything, one just needs to know how to work with it.
