I transferred my business online 2 years ago, and I used WooCommerce to do it. Thanks to this top class solution, I built an amazing e-store and I am managing the complete sales funnel. My favorite aspect of WooCommerce is its flexibility, I like how it can be enriched with plugins to respond to every specific need, from SEO enhancement to checkout and payment difficulties. If you need to improve your online business presence and to make the most of it, WooCommerce is an option you should consider seriously.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As a beginner, you might find yourself in a situation to pay top dollars for plugins and extensions just because you need the website to respond to an unexpected requirement. The best way to go is obviously to purchase WooCommerce solutions, but they can cost a fortune (the 2checkout extension, for instance, is really expensive!). Another potential problem is the lack of Amazon payment integration, I think that could improve performance significantly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can’t think of a commerce problem WooCommerce didn't solve, and I like how it responds to particular needs uisng creative extensions. Their free extensions are also amazing, and I believe I wouldn't obtain the same results if it weren't for them. I witnessed the overall improvement and growth of my company, and I wish the WooCommerce team to go on developing their rich, user-friendly product and to provide the same support as they did so far.
