What are the best aspects of this product?

It comes for free! You can create your products and put them on the market without spending a single dollar to do it! One'd guess the platform is simple, and that's generally true, but the option to pay for additional plugins is always at stake. I like their support service, which is in fact an online user community, but a knowledgeable one. In fact, we had a case with a client wishing to offer online membership for his community, but who had the budget too tight for the purpose. We immediatelly thought of WooCommerce, and designed him a solution to integrate with payment systems using Webhooks. The final product was both fabulous and functional, and we repeated the procedure multiple times. What we are doing now is integrating it with Printful, so that purchase information will be sent directly there, printed, and shipped to the users without additional efforts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I spent more time setting it up than I did with Shopify. Then, it doesn't accept credit cards unless you purchase addons to enable it. To be completely frank, themes are not that ideal, and it may happen that you need to do extra customization in Wordpress to obtain the desired looks. The process takes time since plugins are not always compatible, and you have to disable some of them to make the theme work.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Selling products is made easy, the process is shorter than usual. That's the biggest problem WooCommerce can solve, together with savings, of course.
