Good solution for my business

What are the best aspects of this product?

My web developer told me about WooCommerce a long time ago, but I had no idea something could be that simple and straightforward. One never knows how something works before he tries it, and I think trying WooCommerce was a good decision. It didn't exactly blow my mind with elegancy and functionalism (some parts are completely disfunctional), but it did what it was supposed to do. The needs of my business are all met, and there is no need to use third party software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sharing the experience of back end users, I could say this is by far a complicated and messy tool to use. Don't get involved if you're not technically ready, I really mean that.
