What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most about is the fact that is free and easy to set up. It offers simple and user-friendly admin interface. It’s customizable, and report sections is great, it offers shipping options and great cart system. Each page is well designed whether it is category page, product detail page, shopping cart. Also, you can choose free or paid themes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could improve the page design even better, and improve the custom reporting. But overall, the product works perfectly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As website development agency we use this tool as e-commerce platform for our clients and I can see that they are satisfied with this tool. We are able to design e-commerce store in few days and deliver it before time, thanks to WooCommerce.
