What are the best aspects of this product?

WooCommerce is such a delight for developers, we enjoy being able to sneak-peak into every stage of our company's workflow. All parts all professionally executed and integrated into a beautiful unit that does magic for one's business. Even if you're not a web developer, the tool provides inbuilt WebHooks whose purpose is exactly to trigger powerful ecommerce solutions via simple dashboard actions. The software is open and free, meaning that there is a huge, ever expanding community of users knowledgeable to assist in all cases. What I like the most about the community is that they create addons I'm missing, and they do it for free.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I didn't dive that deep to discover technical issues, as I'm only working on what the platform provides. I'd just advise you to stay focused on the tasks you're performing, otherwise you'll get lost in the rising tide of popular plugin solutions which you don't need, and which create collateral clutter.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I have applied WooCommerce to respond to the demands of all scales and types of customers, and nothing ever went wrong. It is the most invaluable asset this company has, and it gathers all ecommerce needs in a single place. To be more clear, we sell physical products, and make appointments using the same mechanism, and we're also planning to install plug ins for sunscriptions and digital purchases. Event tickets and educational courses are definitelly my favorite features.
