What are the best aspects of this product?

Woocommerce is robust in terms of features and options, and things are done in a straightforward, painless way. Selling products is, to say at least, entertaining, as you can set and run your personal store, and present products in a variety of catchy ways. Woocommerce helped us attract attention and sell more, and that meant the world to our growing business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We were told that premium plugins come with amazing support, unlike users community you have to rely on when using their free package. Well, this was not true at all, since it took me one thousand calls to reach them, and an enitre week to have my problem solved. If support was for free I'd understand it, but when you pay top dollars to get it, it's just frustrating! The second thing I dislike is Product page customization, it's not as good as I thought. I didn't worry with all the plugins out there, but I faced a classic situation of not being able to find the one that matches my theme. Plenty of work still needs to be done in Wordpress, which makes me wonder why I'm even paying for it at times.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We wanted to design our product pages, but not just from the aesthetic point of view.We wanted to go a step above competitors, offering full details and fast purchase, and that's where Woocommerce is most beneficial. You just need to know by heart how the program works, and it will do an amazing job for you.
