What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing that makes WooCommerce so special for us it that it is easy to install, and becomes usable to close amazing deals right after you've set it up. Loaded with functions and hooks, the tool allows you to do literally any type of custom development, which should be easy even for unexperienced users who'd recognize their intuitive template hierarchy. The standard plugin is free, but robust enough to create and sell all sorts of products, from the simplest to the most complex purchases. It supports digital content too, and I think that's awesome.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It was quite disappointing to find out that such an amazing company doesn’t provide support for free. As if things were not bad enough, I don't consider their premium extensions to be worth the price I'm paying for them, so it means I'm literally spending my money on support I don't even use. I believe some of you could benefit from the premium package, but only assuming that you're ready to spend $1000 per year to have the booking system completely covered.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

WooCommerce provided me with booking solutions, as well as custom tempates and composite product creation. Working with it is a smooth and pleasant experience, and we never had an issue the program cannot solve. Think about it!
