What are the best aspects of this product?

Great coding capabilities in terms of customizing macros for automating certain processes. This feature is smoother to implement in WordPerfect than in MS Office. It lets us easily create any document such as forms, letters, envelopes, etc. Moreover, it enables us to efficiently incorporate various company data into the documents they create or manage. And it lets us easily print precise contents or perform copy-paste to and from other apps. WordPerfect allows us to accomplish everything by clicking some buttons that we encode using its custom macro feature. It is undoubtedly better than the popular MS Office.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't allow direct syncing of userboxes with database documents by putting them together in a PDF file. Such capability would be helpful for instantly filling forms among other usages. Instead, the platform makes the additional yet unneeded step of requiring FBF files for the process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our Company has used dozens of WordPerfect versions for more than two decades now. This tool has allowed me to customize many macros that have significantly decreased our working time from 15 minutes or a couple of hours into a mere 5—minute process. That includes handling claimant files, among many other tasks in our office. It translates to substantial time savings, boosted productivity, and shorter time spent for check distribution. As a result, all our staff and clients have gained huge perks from our improved operations.
