What are the best aspects of this product?

WordPerfect has advance shortcut keys that MS Word doesn't feature. For example, WordPerfect has the date insert shortcut key, CTRL + D. This intuitively inserts the current date into the document.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some individual features are somehow inferior to their counterparts in MS Word. That includes layout and word art, among others.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

WordPerfect is super easy to use and makes our work a lot faster. It is fitting for our intended use too. And we certainly love this over other popular choices.
