What are the best aspects of this product?

Why I love wordpress? Well, it is free, I can choose from their large set of plugins, I can personalize wordpress the way I want, and I am using it as a content manager for my own website and for web app. It is very flexible and this means that I am allowed to add new elements, new text fields for my categories. I am even able to integrate it with other media and with media for videos and images. The interface is understandable and clear with clear labels. WP can be used as website or even as web app by using same account.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be difficult to understand different levels of categories especially if you use subcategories between. And, the CMS can be slow.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to manage my web app and this is very useful for my team members and developers and even for my content writers. I am really happy that I can use WP as web app and as a website.
