What are the best aspects of this product?

If you want to use custom domain or some specific templates then you have to pay, otherwise it is free to use. Super intuitive and easy to use, but you need to have some HTML knowledge before you start with wordpress.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As I said before, wordpress doesn’t require HTML knowledge as long as you use its templates or if you want to work directly from the main design page. Sometimes the design is not translated to the “live” page so they need to be address by tweaking the HTML directly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Wordpress allows you to easily add pages at no extra cost. It allows us to host large HQ images so we can make our page more eye-catching without so much effort. We are small company and with wordpress we can easily manage our content on the site. My team is able to use or work on the page from anywhere, they don’t need to be near the server.
