You can manage whole community of bloggers and manage lot of blogs, you can even schedule publications and assign profiles. The other good thing about Wordpress is that it can be used even by those who do not have experience with technology and IT.

On the other side,if you want to customize the template then expect nightmares if you do not have experience with technology and IT.

I use Wordpress for publishing contents, CV download and other purposes. This is helpful tool for running websites, it is quick tool and easy to use.
