What are the best aspects of this product?

Wordpress is supported by informed and active community. It is a free and open-sourced software. Very intuitive and easy to set up, very customizable. It is extendable via its plugin environment. We are using it for all sites. I am able to create themes for layouts. Once we had some issues and we have been frustrated, but they immediately fixed the problem and added new features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to see an easy way to rip out all the functionalities we don’t use. Even though the platform is CMS, the blogging is main focus still.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Wordpress helps us to be more focus on our website identity. It is free to use and saves us money and time.
