What are the best aspects of this product?

If you are novice and you are searching for an interface that is easy to use, intuitive and understandable then Wordpress is definitely for you, it will meet all your needs. I think I will never change this platform. I’m using it in both ways, to create website and to work on a content creation. It is customizable and highly responsive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish they could make more flexible templates for mobile devices that have clear look. It can be boring if you use same theme all the time, but as I can see some of their themes are basic.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Wordpress helps me to create content that is eye-catching. This tool is user friendly, responsive and helps me to achieve my business goals as a content writer. I am more focused on creating simple yet beautiful website and WP helped me to achieve this.
