What are the best aspects of this product?

Highly automated and very convenient for an ATS. It lets me easily make job listings and edit them accordingly, and it comes with an efficient approval process too. Coordination with others into my team is also very smooth, so we can easily work together over the recruitment and hiring processes. And it is great for closely monitoring everything while finding the right applicants for each vacant roles we have.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think Workable has no problems or flaws. I’ve been using it for a few months, and I haven’t stumbled on any issue.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Helps me function better in a highly organized manner. This has made filling roles for my company very efficient. Gone are the days when I need to depend on emailing for talking with in-house and third-party recruiters. Today, it is very smooth for us to monitor all applicants, navigate them in the recruitment pipeline, and gather reviews about applicants from other hiring staff.
