What are the best aspects of this product?

I am an overall manager that uses Workable as a dependable ATS. It helps me oversee things smoothly, such as dozens of job postings and the status of every applicant in the pipeline. It lets me view valuable reviews from the hiring staff of various companies.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform itself doesn’t cause us too much trouble throughout our operations. But I notice some time irregularities with how our hiring staff delivers their verdict regarding applicants.
