Gives me a revolutionary ATS experience

What are the best aspects of this product?

It only took us a few minutes to install Workable, and we’ve found it very smooth to use. Its mobile version has boosted our teamwork efficiency, and it is also instrumental in speeding up our response time. Plus, Workable offers proficient services that back their platform, and the guys there are all great to work with. This is a truly valuable tool for our company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t experience any problems with Workable. This is so great and is nothing like our previous ATS platform. Yes, I partially blame myself in the past because of some problems during the installation of our previous app. But still, they haven’t offered me sufficient services back then.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Workable is instrumental in establishing a hiring system for our company. It lets me monitor all applicants as they go through with the process, as well as some reviews of my staff about each applicant. This is great for instantly finding applicants who are perfect for certain job positions we offer. And all of these are essential for the hiring processes of a growing SaaS company like us.
