What are the best aspects of this product?

Simple ATS that causes me no hassles. It has a convenient project board with authorization features, in which I make and edit job postings efficiently. Moreover, it lets me tap anybody in our company to work with me over the hiring process. Plus, everything is clear and easy to track, so we can easily determine any progress when a task is done.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven’t found any undesirable points with Workable. This is helping me for many months now.

Our recruitment and hiring processes have become faster with Workable. Thanks to its capacity of using emails for making applicant feedbacks and monitoring all progress. It has greatly made our processes more efficient.
