What are the best aspects of this product?

Essential for my line of job because it helps me find potential applicants, and then recruit them if I see they fit the job vacancies I have. Also, it helps me know more people; meaning, I often get good chances of easily finding the best candidates in lesser time. Note that searching and hiring the most suitable applicants is a difficult task to do, but this platform has made such processes easier for me.
