What are the best aspects of this product?

Excellent for managers like me since I can smoothly move an applicant through the process. Say, I can handle them from initial online screening with the use of conference features on smartphones, up to actual interviews in our place among other procedures. I can easily communicate with applicants through emailing features on the platform too. And it is easy to discuss different things about the applicants with my team, which is great since all conversations are recorded for a convenient recheck.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It lacks features that organize applicants on the platform. Say, I cannot sort out applicants into categories according to the job position they apply for.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our team can now efficiently work together on managing applicants. This is significantly speeding up our entire hiring processes.
