What are the best aspects of this product?

We like WorkTime does not support any invasive monitoring. Such software was much easier to implement then apps which make screenshots or record keystrokes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish it wouldn't logout. There is no need for me personally. And sometimes it takes too long to login back.
