What are the best aspects of this product?

WorkTrek is a game-changer for our field work management. The platform's intuitive and user-friendly interface makes it easy to manage and track our field workers' tasks and schedules. The ability to assign tasks and track progress in real-time has greatly improved our communication and coordination among the teams. The location tracking feature is also a great addition, it helps us to monitor the whereabouts of our field workers and ensure their safety. The mobile application is a great tool for our field workers, it allows them to access and manage their tasks on-the-go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing that could be improved with WorkTrek is the customization options for certain features. While the platform has a lot of great pre-built features, some users may want more flexibility to tailor it to their specific needs.
