What are the best aspects of this product?

WorkWave has actually made my life more comfortable since I got it. With WorkWave, I can manage my businesses in one place, see what is happening in the "field" even when I am not there, access it anywhere since it is cloud-based, integrate well with QuickBooks, and it has fantastic customer support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has many features and quite complicated, so it's not easy to learn how to use it. Their interface needs a lot of tweaking to be user friendly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

An overall amazing tool that made my life as a businessman (with many kinds of businesses) to balance my work and my life.
