What is WorkWize?

Workwize LMS is a fully automated course and policy compliance learning management system designed to help training administrators and HR managers take compliance to the next level. It is scalable to the meet the requirements of organizations from 100 employees to more than 100,000 and keep training compliance manageable.

WorkWize is a compliance-driven LMS platform meant to support your training needs by automatically enrolling employees and emailing them reminders to ensure they fully conform to training and policies required by their jobs, as well as minimize risk and governance issues for your organization.

Reporting non-compliance

WorkWize allows you or your training administrator to quickly and effectively identify locations, teams, and individuals who have not completed the required training. It provides a simple process to contact them directly through the native email within the system or download a report that can be escalated to the relevant line manager to take corrective action.

Automated Training

By integrating with most common HR Management or Payroll Systems, WorkWize can ensure that new employees are automatically set up with the training they require for their job role from day one. There is no need to manually re-enter employee details into the Learning Management system since this can be facilitated through SFTP integration.

Policy Compliance

WorkWize can distribute not only traditional eLearning courses, but any document requiring proof of understanding and acceptance. Tests can be added to company policies to ensure they have been read and understood, and a digital signature can be requested to confirm the policy is accepted by the employee.

Risk assessments

What Problems Will WorkWize Solve?

Scenario 1

Business A is a firm in a regulated industry.
