It is simple. It gives you a break from feature-packed writing applications available in the market. With limited functionalities and tools, so are the distractions when writing. Nevertheless, you still can find useful functionalities such as using formatting code and posting your work in a blog. Last but not least, I like the site's sleek and entirely outmoded design.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It does not have a slew of advanced functionalities, but that's what makes the platform great. It meets my expectations, so I think there's no drawback to using the app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I think the biggest writing-related problem that this app solves is a distraction. Since the app does not have tons of features, I can concentrate on the actual written content and finish my work faster. Aside from that, the app can be accessed with so much ease. It's web-based, so there's no need to download extensions or applications.
