A really awesome form creating tool!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Wufoo does an awesome job in creating advanced forms then embedding them to your site without taking lessons on advanced coding or html. What I like is having the capacity in utilizing conditional formatting. This is where you're able to make adjustments on a set of questions (depending on how a user approaches and answers a question). Furthermore, Wufoo has integration for Zapier, Mailchip, Zoho, and other e-mail lients for an easy sending of follow-ups.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Compared to other form-creating platforms, it's hard making customizations (in terms of feel and appearance ) to a Wufoo form. While a CSS option is available, it's still hard to do. Even if we were able to do so, we still couldn't get it right.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're using Wufoo forms for contact on different online sites. But a majority of it are WordPress sites. Whenever an individual compeletes a form, that person will then receive a message with contact details for follow-up. In some scenarios, a user may be prompted to download an e-book or some other online resource and then brought over to a drip marketing chain.
