What are the best aspects of this product?
Setting up Wufoo was really simple to do. I almost did the whole thing myself. When it comes to questions that I couldn't spot, their customer support was quick enough to respond every time. I love how we're able to put together good reports based on collected data. We're even able to look into the collected raw data.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some parts of the UI need improvement. One of those parts involves how you want to look into form entries. The entries list is displayed in an odd and limited manner. We also wanted to a field that doesn't involve a red asterisk. There's no other approach in doing this with their CSS.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're responsible for publishing hundres of documentation pages online. We wanted to find out whether the documentation was of big help while letting users offer their feedback when there's a page they like or if they found any issues with it. Due to the feedback forms being set up on our site, we're able to gather information and be responsive to user feedback. In the end, we were able to enhance our site's usability. It's good having a direct line to customers via Wufoo.
