absolutely no support at all !

Correction - This product is very nice - easy to use with a lot of Functionality

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The support page can be hard to find , a phone number would be nice

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

add a phone # for support

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I had an issue with emails but once I was able to find the support people they fixed the problem in a couple hours.

Yes
