What are the best aspects of this product?

Setting up forms are simple enough to do and easy to deploy. Being able to utilize customized sheets is a big benefit and provides the ability to change froms in varying web properties with certain requirements and designs. This tool has enough flexibility to be handled by teams across departments. Wufoo is capable of handling varying projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Getting a certain form live within an iframe resulted into issues. This holds true when dealing with analytics tracking. I wish there was some way around this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We needed a simpler approach in creating and managing forms in our site that has already achieved a number of goals. Through Wufoo, we're able to centralizee forms in our research, marketing, and recruitment efforts. This streamlined our process for deploying campaigns when relying on existing, branded templates. When our company was in the middle of the rebranding process, it made it really simple in udpating form styles in a single swoop. This keeps things aligned.
