What are the best aspects of this product?
You are able to collect information with technological sophistication, you are able to implement form creators if/then code so you can avoid questions that wouldn’t apply. The other good thing about Wufoo is that they work to implement more and more integrations with other companies.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
What I don’t like about it is the fact that they haven’t find a way to sort forms by “user/folder”. I have asked for this feature in 2010 but I have received an answer in September 2015 that they will look for this one and they could roll out client management for non-profit, but I haven’t seen anything yet. Also, they have removed the Forum and I don’t think they will replace this crowdsourcing feature.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use Wufoo for many purposes like recruitment, applications, residence life and I can say that it is really helpful for our institution where we have more than 3K students and more than 600 employees.
