What are the best aspects of this product?

Wufoo allows me to create form effortlessly, and I can even create contact and payment forms. With this product you are able to create perfect, eye-catching and reliable forms. I use it for my website and I’m telling you that it works fantastic. Forms are easy to create because you have basic analytics that show you pageviews, error score, click-through and average time you need to complete the form. You can allow users to upload files and this option was exactly what I needed. This product offers comprehensive payment integration support and it really meets all my needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The product itself is great and works fantastic, but, they need to improve its look and it would be great if they could add some minimal and neat templates. As I said before, it is very easy to create form but you will need an extra time in order to figure out how you can build a beautiful form.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

To speak the truth you can find great alternatives for Wordpress-run sites, but you cannot find a good alternative to other CMSs. I use this product for my Squarespace sites and I don’t believe if there are some alternatives.
