What are the best aspects of this product?

There are tons of things I like about Xactly and these are: (1) helps my team reach our targets; (2) reduces manual errors; (3) integrates with SalesForce; (4) calculates accurately; (5) exports data into CSV easily; (6) responsive customer support; (7) adapts to any industry; (8) user-friendly; (9) provides compensation breakdown; (10) offers different measurement criteria; (11) promotes transparency among teams; and (12) highly customizable!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Since this app has a lot of functions, it might take time for the administrator to learn all of it. I also don't like the restrictions in the analytics component of the app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With all its features, this app helped us analyze performance metrics easier, improved our reporting and accruals, automated our calculations, and improved our team's transparency.
