What are the best aspects of this product?

Xactly has so many great features that I really find extremely useful to our team -- the customizable view of orders, at-a-glance prediction of commissions and credits, the automated calculations... everything about it is just awesome. It's an upgrade from simple using Excel.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface and its design is not consistent in all pages. It creates confusion.
