What are the best aspects of this product?

A support consultant was assigned to us and our coordination with him has been excellent from the very beginning. Our Sales Division is now confidently using Xactly because the program's support team is consistently assisting them. This app is really straightforward and definitely better than the apps we've been using before.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish the reporting component will be more customizable.

This app improved our Sales team's performance because of the accurate forecasting of sales data and commissions.
