What are the best aspects of this product?
We have been using XEOX for about a year now and are very happy with it. After the simple setup, all devices are automatically monitored and patched, so I can focus on other, more important things. We chose this RMM tool for its many benefits, especially the automatic patch manager, CMDB, and task automation feature. At $1 per agent, the price-performance ratio is excellent compared to other similar tools. Moreover, the customer support is very efficient and has always helped me immediately.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some functions are a bit hidden at first glance, but after a short orientation period you will find your way around very well.
