What are the best aspects of this product?
I like Xero for the following benefits it offers: The app is easy to understand and use even for non-accountants. It seamlessly integrates with popular platforms. It’s web-based, so I don’t have to worry about tape backups, server crashes, etc. You get useful templates for all documentation and you can send emails to your clients smoothly. For all the above reasons I have been a happy user of Xero for the past five years.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The mobile app could offer more features. However, as a developer I feel the mobile app space will be transferred to the cloud in the future.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Xero is a big help to get my auditing done. When my auditors contacted me for my accounting history, I simply added them to Xero as an accountant with read-only access. They managed to create their account and bang, my auditing was completed in 15 minutes.
