What are the best aspects of this product?

I love Xero because it makes accounting fun and easy even for a lay user like me. The app is easy to use and you don’t need to be an accountant to make effective use of it. Test drive the app and I’m sure you will get the hang of it within an hour.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no complaints at all as Xero fulfills all my needs and expectations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before using Xero, we were spending a lot of time on bookkeeping using spreadsheets and other manual methods. Xero is simple to use, saves a lot of time and has made our life easier.
