What are the best aspects of this product?
I love Xero’s user interface and the dashboard offers an excellent overview of my accounts. It’s easy to sync bank accounts with credit cards and reconcile transactions. It is great that I can use Word docs for invoice and quote templates rather than the built-in template editor. Plus, the app integrates smoothly with several partner systems. For example, it syncs easily with bill.com which I also use. Finally, their mobile app helps me easily track and manage my accounts in the field.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A couple of areas could be improved. Currently only invoices are synced and I wish I could pay expenses through the bill.com integration. Second, the mobile app should allow users to view outstanding quotes.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I use Xero to track expenses, invoices, and quotes, and ensure that I get paid and also pay the concerned parties in time.
