What are the best aspects of this product?

XeroChat's eCommerce in Facebook Messenger helps to create a store online without an eCommerce site. Creating the chatbot with XeroChat's flow builder is very easy. it helps me to post on social media whenever I want, I just create a campaign for the scheduled posts and it does the job. My social media marketing is now super easy with XeroChat.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The User Interface of the XeroChat could be better, but it's no big deal.
