Best Employee Monitoring Tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is a great app that helps me monitor my employees’ phone. It enables me to read their work chats, access their calls history, track their GPS location, and all of this information is presented in a simple manner. Its analytical reports save my time and energy as I don’t have to scroll through the irrelevant or personal chats of my employees.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Well, the installation process was a bit tricky for me. But, they have plenty of informational resources on their website and a brilliant customer support service. The customer support agent guided me through the whole process. So far, I have found no issue with the features and performance of the app.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I think, I would like to have access to phone’s camera in the future, if that’s not too much to ask.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helped me in tracking the current location of my employees with accurate results. It also improved the performance of my employees by developing a more productive work environment. It has minimized the risks of data breaches as all the employees know their calls, chats, and emails are being monitored.
