What are the best aspects of this product?

XNSPY was primarily used as an additional security and productivity tool at our company, but soon became one of the front-runners we employed for all data harvesting usages. It is perhaps the most in-depth and well thought out software for the job. Its suite of features with social media and IM tracking is a massive bonus for our industry as most reps in the company (senior officials) have direct communications with distributors and suppliers. XNSPY helps us keep a track of all coms in and out of the company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The UI and interface has been slow at times and the setup process could be quicker. Other than that, it works as advertised.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Offline tracking was one aspect that I’ve seen on other review websites and after a consultation with the IT team, they have a similar caveat. That and easier installation methods and general feature parity between Apple and Android products.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We had supplier and distributor quotes going all over the place and the finance teams going into meltdown every quarter. Inventory stocks didn’t add up either and it helped weed out the discrepancies we faced with our staff. Helped get rid of the bad eggs at the firm and regularly updates the company on the specifics of the job.
