What are the best aspects of this product?

I really enjoyed the simple user interface and fast tracking options.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish the customer service was more responsive.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I hope to see a computer tracking version of the app

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was having difficulty managing my employees’ time and resources and the app helped me mitigate this problem.
