What are the best aspects of this product?
None. I can’t really find any good aspect of it. I had to pay upfront for a service I never received
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Front desk non existing. I spent hours at the phone to wait for a front desk who very rarely picked the phone up.
The technical assistance is totally inadequate and non capable.
The customer service was irritating and non supportive at all.
But the worst of all was their software which didn’t permit me to get the visual recognition.
I repeat many times the procedure but the software always returned with absurd and sometimes bizarre rejection causes.
It was a total nightmare
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I will never use this product. Never!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
None. I never received what I paid for. I just wasted 4 days trying to call them and getting their solution by email.
I proposed to do the recognition by Skype, FaceTime, WhatsApp, team, zoom, anything. They never replied. They Just kept my money
