What are the best aspects of this product?

Navigating the application is pretty seamless and easy, so even business owners who are new to creating and owning a digital store will indeed find their way around them with ease. Also, the customer service team is accommodating. They've given me a reliable hand when I launched a website.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Yahoo Small Business is the first application of its kind that I've used, so I don't have anything to compare it to. But overall, I'm happy with this app. I can't think of any drawback.
