What are the best aspects of this product?

An excellent tool for bringing our products and services online. Yahoo Small Businesses has allowed us to create a website without having to deal with many technical intricacies. Not only that, but we're also able to handle the website design. It's a great feature of the product, especially because the look of the website can affect the website visitor and potential customer's perception of the brand. We managed to make an attractive website design, which helped us gain positive reactions and eventually increased our sales. Security is also exceptional as they provide users with an SSL certificate. Furthermore, the support they provide is incredible and reliable. The team helped us get the best plan for our business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Yahoo Small Business only offers web hosting. Although we don't have any issue with it, it would be nice to see if they provide other hosting options, such as in the cloud, for companies with higher demands.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our business isn't well known before using the platform. We needed a tool that could increase our visibility and give us other means to sell our products while making us credible and feasible. And Yahoo Small Business turned out to be the tool that we need to accomplish the goals as mentioned earlier.
