What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been using Yahoo Small Business for over a decade now and so far the best thing that I like about this product is the ability to send bulk email with ease as well as the seamless process of cross checking duplicate email addresses.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There were instances when some search engines do not accept yahoo.com email address, which means the said domain is not recognized as a valid one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The bulk use is not free, but it's a worthy investment, specially for small businesses.
