Great office communication tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it looks like Facebook, the interface is intuitive and easy to use. I like that I have the ability to share documents and information and to post documents on the interface by using hashtags so others can easily find the information, posts and documents. We can easily organize the whole work by working together. We can create new groups with different team members so we can find new ways to work with each other.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

First of all, it is not well integrated with other software. Secondly, they need to improve the message feature and to improve the mobile version. Once you learn how to use it you will see how intuitive this software is.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to improve collaboration and to interact with each other by posting comments, providing answers and sharing information and documents. Our staff is all around the US and Yammer makes the collaboration to run smoothly and to work together on local projects, organizations and on communication practices.
