What are the best aspects of this product?

Yammer has become a fundamental tool for staff within the company to socialize and build connections. Strengthening teamwork is vital for any company to grow. It's somewhat the Facebook in the corporate world. We are updated on good news about the company which boosts our morale. And we can all pose questions, get answers and organize surveys and polls whenever we need and even when at home.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Only a few people in our company appreciate Yammer but I hope it grows more popular in the months ahead.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Yammer is allowing more people to gain knowledge from others' questions and participate in conversations. This kind of visibility is very effective in putting various important company discussions on the table and allow for greater transparency.
